Grass reinforcements

"Plupave HD is designed for larger areas of grass to be reinforced and used by many types of vehicles, and can withstand all the usual stresses in traffic, such as braking and steering deflection when parking and turning, etc. The material, LDPE, is also more temperature-adapted and provides greater flexibility at lower temperatures in combination with steering.

"Plupave HD is usually available in 58×58 cm, but the strongest 40×40 cm version is also available. Below you will find the available tiles and their dimensions. The surprisingly short installation time is due to the size (4×4 tiles = 1.35 m2) and the simple and intelligent design. As an accessory, there are also white and/or yellow "markers" that can be pushed over the tiles to mark the desired boundaries or parking spaces, etc. Last but not least, it is worth mentioning that surfaces such as 'grass or gravel reinforced' are naturally effective in absorbing rainwater. Of course, this also prevents flooding to a certain extent, especially when combined solutions are installed with our rainwater tanks.

The innovative click/lock system makes installation very fast. With proper preparation of the carrier layer and sub-surfaces, the installation time is calculated at 100 m²/hour. The panels are arranged and stacked and clamped together, and you hear a "click" as a confirmation that they are in the desired (correct) locking position. The plates can be compressed by their own weight, or a rubber mallet can help. Once the technique has been learnt, a tip to further speed up installation may be to pre-assemble several tiles which are placed in position at the same time. If the dimensions need to be adjusted during installation, this can be done using a smaller saw, pruning shears or similar.
