Hydroshark®

Hydroshark 2500

Our demand for rainwater treatment is growing every day!
The key to water purification is the ability to separate suspended solids, or as it is called in Europe
and the world's TSS (total suspended solids).
This means all materials (particles) larger than 0.45 mya.
The priority for water treatment is first and foremost to be able to separate really small particles below 200 my,
because they contain most pollutants such as heavy metals, hydrocarbons and PAHs.
Microplastics, e.g. smaller fractions of tyre residues, etc., also fall into this category.
Finally, tests show that most pollutants are usually between 63my - 200my, so
Our Hydroshark development has focused on this area, i.e. achieving optimal efficiency.

The most efficient particle cleaning on the market, reducing particulate matter by up to 63 my!

Depending on its size, it can handle a flow rate of up to 180 litres per second, which is quite unique.

High separation properties - Pat. design.

- Separates particles = e.g. hydrocarbons, metals, microplastics and PAHs.

- It also separates the oil and keeps it inside.

- Different integrated inlet and outlet diameters are available.

- No Stalp.

- Can be easily adapted to existing pipelines.

- Delivered assembled in a concrete or plastic well = Plug & Play.

- Full exterior access ensures low maintenance costs

- Easy maintenance with sludge suction.

- Approved to official standards.

Description

A compact high-flow particle separator that can also separate
large quantities of oil.
The whole insert is installed in a well of the correct size, which is then
acts as a silt trap.
Introducing Plug & Play solutions with different types of boreholes on the market.

1. The incoming water flow is directed tangentially towards the centre of the hydroseparator.
2. The particles follow the flow downstream towards the bottom, while the liquid material remains
on the surface of the water.
3. Particles are effectively separated and remain at the bottom of the sludge trap using
a grid at the bottom of the hydroseparator, waveguards at the bottom
and the ratio of inlet to outlet zones, which is specifically defined. adapted from
through a jagged design.
No pressure remains, so even the smallest particles can be optimally separated.
4. The quiet and calm flow of water now rises upwards and finds its way to the outlet.
5. Purified water passes through the teeth in a 360-degree envelope
peripheral canal.
6. Finally, the water is discharged through the outlet. (There is therefore no "direct" connection
between the inlet (1) and the outlet (6)).

Check the device every three months. Sludge alarms can be connected to indicate when the sludge chambers are full.
Hydroshark 750

A particle separator that removes solids from rainwater!

Separates hazardous substances that are transported in the stormwater stream.

These substances are primarily heavy metals such as copper, zinc, cadmium, lead, chromium, particulate hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and organic compounds up to 63 m.

* Used as an advanced pre-filter for all types of stormwater and delay tanks.

* Separating rainwater instead of bypass type oil separators

* More advanced Class II oil separator option
